That it's not as simple as defining a single causal factor (i.e. processed foods). No single factor easily explains the obesity issue, and thus no single factor can be addressed to solve it

Actually, processed foods is the largest single causal factor, by far, in the global obesity pandemic. The failure to recognize this is the largest contributing sub factor. The World needs to end its denial. Only then can a cure begin.

Right, so you agree that there are many causal factors. Thus, oversimplification by talking about a single point is useless, because the system is far too complex for absurd yes/no Glad we agree
