Esoteric question #idtwitter: are there any diseases that transmit only in one direction between species? Ie, humans can transmit Disease X *to* pigs but pigs can’t transmit X to humans? And/or are there diseases where transmission is more likely in one direction than another?

I will read! Yeh it's SUPER rare, something like 20 cases in humans total, and I think it's only ever been seen in QLD Australia
