I mean, defunding the WHO makes a lovely political statement for right-wing fools, but it also dramatically lowers the US' political power in matters of global health (in addition to being a generally Bad Thing)

The Chinese government has a budget of somewhere around $3 trillion. 4-500m would be an accounting error if they chose to pursue it
