No. The ICL reports have been vastly more influential than the Santa Clara study. It isn't even close.

Maybe, but it's also every right-wing commentator seizing on the study as an excuse to lift all restrictions. Ioannidis' interview on Youtube certainly didn't help with this

As an example, there were right-wing commentators using Ioannidis' statements to justify the idea that crossing a road was less dangerous than COVID-19 even here in Aus
