Hrm, only looks at people under 70 (logical, these are the blood donors). Not sure I can include this in the meta-analysis, but it'll be useful for background info in the SR

Each have potential biases - blood bank donors are usually healthier and there are important exclusion criteria (recent travel). Pregnant women are obviously a narrow age group.
