What is the 'true' infection-fatality rate of #COVID19?

In your line of work, is it not normal to assign the proximate cause as the cause of death? A corona patient may have any number of comorbidities, if S/he tested positive for
#COVID19 and dies during that illness, I would think that death would be a Covid19 fatality. -
To establish the cause of death is very important to collect authentic mortality data. Epidemiologists remain careful about it. WHO revised death certificate provides the opportunity to measure the immediate n underlying cause of death.
