Modelling results are dependent on the inputs - whether 2-4% of deaths could be averted by closing schools is clearly related to the assumptions the model makes about how transmissible COVID is in children.

Absolutely. The other issue is that all of the research is either speculative about SARS-CoV-2 or more solid but about SARS-CoV-1

But it’s the only one undertaken using covid 19 data. The other info is coopted from studies of other diseases. Given the amount of unknowns, it still seems the most reliable figure in there.
