Trying to do a quicker study imo, getting significant clinical differences might take more patients/more time, but you can see (potentially) clinically important conversion much more quickly

That's entirely untrue. Uncontrolled studies have shown some benefit, but more controlled clinical trials are not showing the same benefit. Not uncommon with new treatments

Hmm I propose an uncontrolled compassionate use trial in severe patients so we can truly compare it to remdesivir from that paper a few days ago.
