Most hospitals are moving to testing at presentation to L&D - also, not sure what you mean by it being nosocomial if + at delivery- usually thats not going to be more than 24 hours after admission..

Sorry, to clarify I meant screened at any point in their admission (which could be a bit longer than 24 hours) - given that it's just correspondence, the text doesn't make this clear
