WHY THIS IS EXCITING: - no good treatments for COVID-19 - low side-effect profile - most patients showed improvements - cheap and easy to roll out
WHY THERE ARE CAVEATS: - 10 patient case series - we have no idea if this works (could be regression to the mean) - relatively young/healthy sample - main outcome was secondary (does it reduce risk of death?)
