Add ivermectin to the mix. Pharmacy stocks already depleted. There can't be that much scabies happening, surely.

to be fair, I hardly ever kept any ivermectin in stock Rarely used in humans when other anti-parasitic medicines are available (especially topical) The few times I used ivermectin it was: 1) compounded for animal use 2) oral for filariasis for someone who'd been overseas
