Current clinical testing is biased toward the sick & ill. So we don't know how much COVID-19 there is or how dangerous it is. This uncertainty => over and/or under reaction. 11/

The FDA in the US updated it's guidance to include serological tests last week. Fair enough. Don't think anyone's arguing against targeted testing, hopefully the serology will come online soon
