Not dealing! Trying to finish thesis. Submit May 6th. Have set up social media time limits. Me commenting is evidence of their effectiveness

Good luck with the thesis. Hard to stay focused these days. Sounds like you are doing what you can. Breaks are needed. (I’ve also limited twitter time - a huge black hole to get sucked into these days - good and bad)

Good research is hard and if we take away one lesson, it's that the relationship between rigorous, exhaustive science and policy/practice is not self-evident. This hopefully drives us to be more strategic and less afraid to be outspoken.

I find it refreshing to work on something “normal”. Also, still having a phd thesis deadline coming up in the near future and need to finish my projects amidst all of this. With that said, diet research not that important right now..

But we will - eventually - hopefully - get back to a (new?) normal world.
