Speculating about incredibly unlikely immune responses with no evidence whatsoever doesn't help anybody, this is a time of crisis and such speculation is not a great idea

Sometimes antibodies created from past infections initiated by the adaptive arm of the immune system, could inadvertantly bind to self identified proteins or even cell surface moities. This causes autoimmunity. It is not uncommon for antibody binding to compatible object.
