Oh, before it was hypothesizing now it's brainstorming? If we're going to brainstorm, I'd suggest starting from a point that's not completely unscientific

      You sound disingenuous.

I'm not the one who suggested that other viral antigens might prevent COVID-19, absent of the slightest evidence or reasonable scientific backing

Antibodies generated by past viral encounters. Assuming epitopes are similarily shaped, and condusive to cellular binding receptors..like gp120. Cd4+ have adhesion sites.

Well, assuming chocolate ups immune activity, we could hypothesize that Lindt is, in fact, the best way to treat COVID-19 Still nonsense, but at least we get to eat chocolate

Sarcasm doesn't help science. Up your game, before I start to wonder if you really are up to speed on this stuff.

Speculating about incredibly unlikely immune responses with no evidence whatsoever doesn't help anybody, this is a time of crisis and such speculation is not a great idea

      What is autoimmunity?

Eh? Are we moving on from antibody/antigen structure? I'm sure you can google the definition of autoimmune disease yourself

It was to try and stimulate your imagination, so you may understand the concept I am working on. I don't think you have the qualifications to go much further..no offence. I do appreciate your feedback.

I understand what your argument is, it's just mostly nonsensical. I suspect you do not understand the basics of immunology nor virology and are speculating far beyond your knowledge 👍

I am reaching, for someone who does not work in the day to day study, but I think you might be underestimating my general knowledge.

Based on your statements so far, I do not think I am. It is perhaps the wrong time for enthusiastic amateurs to publicly theorize incredibly unlikely things
