As someone who has been dealing with an overactive immune system (autoimmune arthritis) for a long time, be careful what you wish for. Those cytokines can do a lot of damage.

I'm reminded of a notorious AVer who claimed a vax her daughter received in infancy "destroyed her immune" [sic] but simultaneously caused every autoimmune condition under the sun. She couldn't make up her mind whether her daughter's "immune" was too strong or not strong enough.

This is ridiculous. If I can impare my immune system with a terrible diet, no sun, and lack of sleep then I can certainly boost it by doing the opposite.
