How so? If you refer to people who may have the disease as "suspects", for example, it's much easier to demonize them and treat them as suspects of some kind

Nobody describes them as suspects. They might be described as suspected cases, because they are. Nor is anyone demonising them. This is pathetic woke drivel from an agency that lost the plot years ago.
