This is so incredibly silly: - may not be applicable to overweight people - n=16 - not really what the study showed - THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS BREAKFASTpic.twitter.com/WW1qjcYMqH

I should clarify - this will be the topic of a blog soon - that what I mean is that 'breakfast' is a somewhat meaningless term
In this study, volunteers ate an ENORMOUS meal (70% of caloric needs during the day) for 'breakfast' That's not really anything like what most people think of as breakfast
Moreover, what 'breakfast' means differs from person to person an enormous amount. When I was a shift worker, breakfast was usually pasta, because it was quick and easy to make at 4pm before I headed off for my 12 hour shift
How do you mean? I frequently eat breakfast. I am sure you have a point, but it is not clear what it is =)
Ha ha ha. Yes, even peer reviewed articles can't escape Sturgeon's Law .pic.twitter.com/fEA2a3vtss
So what is the first meal of the day and why isn’t breakfast real? Asking for a friend.
Not real is a bit glib, but I'm firmly of the opinion that there is no single meal that breakfast really defines
do you know about second breakfast
Apparently all of my followers are hobbits ...I'm totally ok with that. Elevenses are better tho
