The counterpoint to that is the very real economic and social costs of travel bans. They may only be marginally harmful, but something that impacts more than a billion people doesn't have to cause much harm to each person to end up killing millions

Wouldn’t delay be helpful? It seems that we are learning a lot very quickly. If the whole world is going to look like Wuhan eventually I’d like to put that off (and hope that the ppl working so hard on this have a breakthrough). ? Also, thanks for responding.
