This is misleading because the number of confirmed is over 14,500. Also, Hubei province officials stated they didn't have enough test kits for over a week. Hopefully it levels off soon, though

They only have a few thousand kits a day to test with right? So once they go through their amount on hand no new number of infections are counted right?
