Apparently everyone wants to know my opinion about sugar today, so I'll remind you that it's not addictive and that there's no good evidence that it's any more harmful to you than any other source of excess calories

Don't you thing consuming excess calories through sugar is easier? I don't see people drinking olive oil or any oil like they drink sugary soft drinks. Even if what you say is factually true I don't see how it's helpful

Unless you're drinking your calories, it's usually much easier to get the excess from fat (I.e. fries) than sugar
