Actually, rice crackers were mostly fine in this study. The product that was of most concern was rice milk. Also, this was looking at infant foods, the concern is mostly for <5yospic.twitter.com/8XVvNhjFpV

And even then, the authors acknowledge that rice milk powder would generally be mixed with water as per the product's instructions, lowering it's toxicity.

Yes I think it's interesting how these results are being presented - the products were almost universally under the EU recommendation for ~total~ arsenic, but over the recommendation for inorganic arsenic. Even then, based on the mean values, they were mostly over by ~0.05mg/kg
