Added to that, most of the time when the various components have been studied, they're in MUCH higher doses than you'd expect to get from broth, which means the broth itself probably isn't going to help

Or, the studies looked at things so wildly different from what the bone broth marketing claims are that it's ~ridiculous~

For example, arginine supplementation. Apparently, quite effective in large quantities for patients on enteral nutrition post-surgery Can't find any evidence it "fights inflammation" or "promotes weight loss" tho!
