The study you cite there doesn't appear to show a significant association with soy and early menarche. Not surprising since the median time to menarche in that study was barely changed by soy and the IQRs overlap a lotpic.twitter.com/njZkvNIVyq

To be fair, as the authors note, the sample size of early soy fed infants was very small, hard to draw any causal connections there
