Boring exercise is bad exercise. If you don't enjoy an activity, you won't continue it. I love riding my bike, so I log thousands of km per year. 15 years ago it was rock climbing, and you couldn't keep me out of the gym.

I reckon any repetitive behavior that you do more than 2 hours a week is boring, it's just a matter of scale. Probably just me tho lol
