I’m in favor of any plan that produces the desired results & is sustainable. Just about anything would be an improvement over the standard American diet, which is what many Type 2 diabetes patients continue to eat, even after their diagnosis.

Sure, but if you're a funding body looking at saving money on diabetes care (say a US insurer), Virta has a very large cost compared to other options Not surprising - they are a private company after all - but I don't think unfair to say they're pricey
