Based on that screencap, you are incorrect. 15% obese, 28% overweight (I would assume that the obese children are captured in the 28% figure, but not clear from this)

That brings me to another Mail error. They say overweight when they mean obese. But if you look at tweet 5, you’ll see that the overweight figures are also about the same as they were in 2000.
