And WHY do people eat fewer calories? Because their hunger and satiety signaling changes via glucagon, ghrelin, etc. But that doesn't fit the "everything is about calories" narrative, so carry on...

Congrats! I have never had much success counting calories specifically, but I lost 30kg (~64 FREEDOM UNITS) using generic calorie restriction advice
