Also, I never said what I use experts for. Often it's to help with jargon and/or find studies. I think this argument ignores the depth of knowledge that makes up "expertise"

Oh wait, make that 4, since alcohol is #7. I don't think that's controversial. #3 - avoid "too much" fat, sat fat, cholesterol #4 - eat "adequate" starch & fiber #5 - avoid "too much" sugar #6 - avoid "too much" sodium All 4 have some highly controversial aspect.
