I mean, it's a colloquialism, obviously I don't think there's actual magic involved. I do find it a bit tiresome watching people stretch to ever more tangential explanations of weight loss in diets that result in caloric deficit though

One day you will get it . You are going to be so embarrassed by all these tweets when you do . Will you continue making the tweets or let everyone know too eat two meals a day , dont snack and avoid sugar , refined carbs and seed oils ?
