Again, this is about consequences (1 in 100) not causes. We know why it got away in Samoa but why is that stat so out of whack?

I know that deficiencies can make measles more deadly, but apparently I may have been wrong that this is the cause in Samoa I'd guess it's mostly about lack of access to healthcare but hard to know for sure
