This is a wonderful example of the supplement industry in general, which often relies on incredibly thin evidence to market and sell expensive supplements that people probably don't need

Lots of bullshittery going on in the sports department of the supplement industry, too Selling powders and pills that will have less effect on your workouts than a good night's sleep or a balanced diet with the junk cut out
