Good to know, thanks. So is there anything about turmeric that's "good for you"? (Also, this kind of misinformation is why I refused to work in the vitamin and supplement department at my job. Too much nonsense and homeopathy.)

Turmeric itself? It's great in curry. Other than that, I'm not aware of any benefits Curcumin might be useful for some things tho

Curcumin has extremely low bioavailability too. Better to eat it with something that contains piperin, like pepper, but it’s effects have been way overblown.

Check out the literature on new highly bioavailable formulations of curcumin. Some promising research here, possibly.
