A high protein, low fat, generally not giving a f*ck about the minor details diet has been the primary way I've maintained an 85lb weight loss for >10 years.

Similar story here. I'm down 25kg (55lbs) going on 8 years now, mostly through eating more veg, more protein, grains, and cutting out soft drinks/juice
