Fun fact: avocados were much more expensive in the early 1900s due to scarcity While a house today costs roughly 100,000 avocados, a house in 1920 could be purchased with only ~5,000 avocados

That's a more complex analysis, because toast can have a variable cost whereas avocados are relatively stable (although with obvious market fluctuations) Gonna have to develop a model to map this out I think
