If you've ever wondered why it's worth checking the methodology of a systematic review VERY closely, I just read one where EVERY SINGLE STUDY imputed missing values with last observation carried forward but didn't mention that anywhere in the text

More than your average critical appraisal then! Do you always read the primary studies, or only if using for particular decisions, CPG dev’t, etc?

Not always, but I think it's good practice to glance through them if you're going to make any decisions based on the review
