I wouldn’t call it a total waste of time. Add a splash to some extra virgin olive oil, toss in some fresh herbs, and you get a tasty vinaigrette dressing for salads.

In fairness to Health Nerd, he does say that. I use apple cider vinegar, because I like the taste of it. But I'm not kidding myself that it has any special health benefits. I certainly don't drink it with water in the morning, which seems to be the latest fad.pic.twitter.com/9fK2YuJdZi
