Most of the claimed benefits are based on a handful of very speculative studies that haven't definitively demonstrated anything at all! Hardly what you'd expect from such a ubiquitous supplement

So - perhaps apple cider vinegar could turn out to treat some things I'm skeptical (I always am), but it could happen That being said, as far as I can see the current evidence doesn't support any health claims for apple cider vinegar

But according to the internet, all vinegar is magic! It cleans everything, specially if you neutralise it with baking soda to get a nice whoosh, it clears odours, it makes your hair shine and it’s a wellness supplement!

Great for cleaning glass too, especially when applied to newsprint. Dunno about the hair though.

Omg we bought one to try and it smelt like the smell when someone's arm has been in plaster for 6 weeks and they take it off
