Im saying menstruating women need more heme iron inside them. And pregnant women need b vitamins . The tendencies mentioned here are counter to this . I hold that men have deliberately engineered less meat for women to women’s detriment .

Nahhh that's unlikely. I doubt there was enough knowledge of micronutrients in the 1920s for that to be the case
