Note: for the people responding with "what about this study???" There are no health benefits demonstrated for apple cider vinegar. There ARE some very speculative potential treatment paradigms demonstrated for cells in petri dishes and the occasional mouse

There's also some extremely minimal data that vinegar OF ANY TYPE might lower postprandial blood sugar, but arguing that this is a health benefit of apple cider vinegar is a bit absurd

I should note that this is based on my own literature review, there may indeed be a decent controlled study showing a benefit for apple cider vinegar but if so it is extraordinarily well-hidden

I love apple cider vinegar in salad dressing. It’s also good when you drizzle a little over cooked dark leafy greens...
