Machine Learning is no better than it's training. As well, as is FINALLY being proven, they can come up with the right answers for the wrong reasons, on the training set. So... perhaps we need to find ways to have it neutrally augment real human decision making?

And by augment, I mean a real human has a real veto over every decision/proposed decision, and all said decisions also come with explanations as to how said decision was reached... (NOTE: AI isn't yet at the self-explaining point in a lot of ways)
