Do you find it hard to fix exercise into your week? If so, what are the barriers? If not, what are your tips?

For me, the ease of exercise has always been how available it is. At the moment I cycle to work and have a gym in my apartment complex, so I get around ~7 hours a week, that wasn't the case at all a few years ago!
