Modern day bread is not ideal, but I can't agree with that. I buy organic sourdough that takes a day to make from a bakery. The refinement of wheat, spraying of wheat crops with glyphosate, preservatives and fast baking method are what make modern day bread worse.
Publicly consuming glyphosate is a waste of time anyway - the acute toxicity is similar to that of table salt. Unless you publicly consume some every day for 50 years I guess
