Modern day bread is not ideal, but I can't agree with that. I buy organic sourdough that takes a day to make from a bakery. The refinement of wheat, spraying of wheat crops with glyphosate, preservatives and fast baking method are what make modern day bread worse.

Cancer researcher here - you're not correct on the glyohospate. Unless you happen to be a plant or have the requisite pathways to be one, then it's not going to have a biological effect on you.

Funnily enough, since it's is no longer patented, Monsanto doesn't actually produce most of the world's glyphosate any more. Chinese companies are by far the biggest producers these days
