Went back to SPSS for an old study where we did the analysis using it and all I can think is "WHY DID THEY TEACH THIS TO US IN UNIVERSITY"
That's definitely better, but I like being able to write and manipulate the code myself. Stata is great for that (and also cheaper than SAS)

I'm still new to code-writing. I use tasks in SAS to get the basic syntax and then alter the code from there. It's not my forte.

It wasn't my forte until I switched to Stata either! That's one of the things I really like about the program - it makes using code really easy, so there's more incentive to write it all yourself
