Chamomile is another great one - almost always paired with valerian, it's touted as a sleep aid in most supplements you can find Unfortunately, it's probably ineffective. That's a short list - there are many others When people say that supplements "haven't been tested", it's amazing how often they're wrong Many of them just DON'T WORK
