If everything feels a bit crappy, take heart from the fact that research has consistently found that multiple coffees a day are fine for your health

This is true, but as far as I know, there is individual variation in caffeine metabolism. I know I feel better when I don't drink coffee, but it's hard to stop due to the withdrawal and residual fatigue.

I don't think it causes me harm given the overall context of my lifestyle, but if I were betting, I'd say I'd be healthier without. Is it fair to say a net safe effect doesnt mean safe for all?
