I'm as much a fan of cannabis as the next guy, but even if it should be legalized recreationally it's not a miracle cure so stop telling people it will cure their cancer

Hey, I'm a big fan of the placebo effect, so if that helps some people, why not tell them it can cure everything. At least let them feel good for a while. At least it will be reducing the nausea caused by the cancer drugs.

Good blog. I hadn't seen claims about diabetes before, but it seems unlikely. Did you look at claims by elderly people on heavy regimes of medications, apparently quite large numbers find it helps handle nausea which otherwise ruins their daily lives.

Could not find any RCTs looking at the subject, but I imagine the evidence is very similar to other applications for nausea - anecdotally effective, but not as convincing in controlled research
