I think we can agree on appropriate regs/guidance. But we need to streamline/reduce duplication. Also needed: reforming occupational licensing regs that harm the poor and examine regs that reduce innovation (resources dedicated to r/d being diverted to compliance) and job growth.

See aside from the vagueness there I can see an argument, but the main thing I think we agree on is that deciding which regulations are appropriate and properly enforced/guided can be enormously complex yes?
