If we got rid of the things mentioned in the video above, regulatory agencies would stop sending out "guidance and notices", which would be a DISASTER for small businesses who struggle enough to understand regulations as is

Sure. I’m not entirely anti reg but guidance is nice way of telling people how to do their jobs and the idea that biz owners don’t struggle with regs is silly. There’s a reason large corps thrive in a highly regulated econ. Small biz simply don’t have staff to sift thru guidance.

What is your proposed solution? Get rid of guidance and let small biz sort through regulations without any information from the agencies enforcing those regulations? Without even email reminders or notices posted about the regulation?
